Features and usage limits depend on the subscription plan selected. We may enhance, modify, or discontinue certain features, with material changes communicated in advance where reasonable.
3. Registration and Account Security
Access to the Service requires account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information, and to keep your registration data updated.

5. Compliant Billing & Regulatory Compliance
If you use computerized or tax-compliant billing features, you agree to use them in accordance with the applicable tax, invoicing and e-invoicing regulations in each market where you operate.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Renewals
- Subscription fees are payable in advance.
- All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Invoices are generated only after successful payment.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before expiry.
Pricing changes will not apply until the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but unused periods are not refundable.
7. Data Ownership and Confidentiality
You retain full ownership of all business data entered into the Service. GloHub does not claim ownership over your data.
We will not disclose your confidential information except where required by law or necessary to provide the Service. Reasonable safeguards are implemented to protect your data.
8. Data Security, Backup, and Breach Notification
- Encrypted data storage and secure transmission.
- Regular backups for disaster recovery.
- Role-based access control.
In the event of a confirmed data breach, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and take appropriate remedial action.
9. Data Retention and Termination
Upon non-renewal or termination, customers are provided a limited grace period to export data. After this period, data may be permanently deleted unless retention is required by law or regulatory authorities.
10. Acceptable Use Restrictions
- No misuse, abuse, or disruption of the Service.
- No unauthorized automation or system interference.
- No unlawful or fraudulent activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.
